Watchman Alert — Call to Prayer

        I’m writing to make you aware of several warnings I’ve received recently concerning terrorist attacks against America, and to ask you to join me in praying for protection from these attacks. Within the last few months I have had several credible dreams presented to me about this, five of which have been within the last week. While warnings such as these are subjective in nature, and dreams always need careful discernment and interpretation, I feel that the dramatic and sudden increase of these warnings merits this call to prayer.

         I don’t feel it is necessary to give details from the dreams—suffice it to say that the attacks seen were worse than 9/11. For some time many of us have felt that more terrorism was possible for America. One need not be particularly prophetic to know this is planned by our enemies—indeed, our government warns us of this and encourages regular vigilance, and plots have on occasion been discovered and thwarted. But many intercessors and prophets have felt that something on a bigger scale is being planned and stands the chance of succeeding. This is what the recent dreams warn of, and the sense is that it could be imminent.

         I’m asking you to join me—for the next few days especially, but also over the next few weeks—in interceding for God’s protection over our nation. Yes, we as a nation have sinned against the Lord in many ways, and perhaps if we receive what we deserve it would be further judgment. But that is to be determined by the Lord and it is always appropriate to ask Him for His mercy.

 

 ·   Pray that plots be exposed and the individuals involved be discovered and captured.

 ·   Pray for the success of our law enforcement and protection agencies.

 ·   Pray for sound leads to come to them and for the necessary wisdom to “connect the dots.”

 ·   Ask God to forgive and cleanse us of our wicked ways, and continue to pray that America      receives a third great awakening.

        

        Let’s all do our part ward off any and every attempt to bring violence and destruction to our land. Please help spread the word by forwarding this message about these warnings and the call to prayer.

The Lion of Judah is Ready to Roar

I was awakend early Monday morning (9/26) hearing the Lord command the Lion of Judah to roar.  He voice sounded like Thunder.  I told my wife about the experience and she told me that the Elijah List just posted an article by John Belt that the Lion of Judah is ready to roar !  ..... Dave

Hello everyone! I had a profound encounter recently before going to bed. I think it is just like God to get you right before you fall asleep. I had to get out of bed to make a record of this! I felt it important to share with you. We see Jesus in many different expressions in the Scriptures. He is the Good Shepherd, the Lamb of God, the Lord of Hosts, the Angel of the Lord and many other looks. But one night recently He came to me as the Lion who is ready to roar. As you read, ask the Lord to reveal this aspect of His nature in your life.

Riding the Lion
I had a vision where I found myself on the back of this giant Lion with a huge mane. Then I realized it was the Lord. As the Lion turned His head, I could see His mouth open as if He was getting ready to roar. It is time to ride on the Lion of Judah. It is as if He has been waiting for this season. There is something fresh and new in the air. The breath of His mouth will destroy the enemy.

In this vision I was also running my fingers through the mane of the Lion. This represents the intimacy with God that is the foundation for our authority. Our intimacy is for a purpose – it is to establish the Kingdom of God for the King. The Lion is symbolic in that it is the "King of the Jungle". The world is that jungle. Jesus is coming as the Lion to rule in the jungle bringing His power to set people free

The Lord carries us into that jungle with His authority. When we are riding on the Lion we can be assured that we will succeed in all He calls us to do. He is massive, larger than life. He is ready to conquer and demonstrate His power.

A Time for SurpriseIn my encounter, I was suddenly on this Lion and He was of full age and postured for action. This will be a time where God will do things suddenly. It will take us by surprise. The sons of the Kingdom will advance the Kingdom for His purposes and with His power. I'm now reminded about what happened on the first day of our conference in March of 2010. We have a friend in ministry in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. In the place where they minister, a lion was spotted, and seen on the loose by several people. There were so many reports that the news media reported it as a headline event.

The Lion ReportHere is the post from March 25th, 2010 from the Examiner:

Residents in one Cincinnati neighborhood are worried after hearing reports that some kind of a large cat, possibly a lion, was spotted wandering the streets there Thursday morning.

911 dispatchers say they received several calls about the animal around 7 a.m. on March 25, 2010. It was seen in the 500 block of Glenwood Avenue in the Avondale neighborhood, near Phoenix School.

The Cincinnati Zoo, which is only blocks away from where the cat was seen, did a head count and says all of its large cats are accounted for.

Police with rifles searched the area, carefully searching through a dumpster outside the school and using an aerial ladder fire truck to get a better vantage point on the neighborhood from the air.

Officers say the reports are credible. The callers say the cat was buff-colored and had a mane. It triggered motion lights along the school. The witnesses say they saw the cat sit upright, then lithely hop a six foot fence near the dumpster and disappear.

There were no tracks left behind by the animal and it was never found. But police say they continue to be on the lookout for the animal.

God is definitely up to something. The Lion is on the move... Whenever the Lord comes as a Lion that means serious business. He is coming to put an end to all counterfeit spiritual government to establish His government.

He is ready to roar and it is time to ride!

Open Air Battles

Over the years I have had a "re-desire" to take anointed prophetic music into public places.  From my days with Torn Veil Praise Band and through my years in restoring the tabernacle of David (music inside a tent), it seems appropriate that anointed music should be outdoors even as much as indoors.   One picture that my mind keeps recalling is a visit Debra and I made to Cathedral Square in downtown Milwaukee.  The event is called "Jazz in the Park."  People fill the picnic tables every Thursday night.to be entertained by some great music by some great performers.  Take this picture and add to it the anointing of the Holy Spirit. 

The history of the Holy Spirit working with human beings on the earth is nothing less than phenomenal.  The Holy Spirit is "detail oriented."  I can give a million scriptural depictions threaded throughout the Old and New Testament on how the Holy Spirit takes us from point A to point B through point Z of his workings with mankind.   Putting things in order, opening blind eyes, juggling peoples geographical positions to be in the right place at the right time, convicting, strongly impressing, stopping events, doing unusual things to bring forth wisdom ... just to name a few. 

Add to this picture now, non-ceremonial prophetic ministry.  Let me expand that thought in your head.  Lance Wallnau tells of some advice he gave members of a board of a corporation when they invited him into the meeting to give some consulting. In the meeting the members discussed the issues at hand to expose the struggle the company was experiencing so that Lance could get the picture.  He then told us in the aftermath that he felt the familiar impression of the Holy Spirit to say some direct things to the board.  He even spoke directly to individuals with saying, "thus saith the Lord OR this is what I hear the Lord saying OR saith God!"  He spoke in everyday terms with experiencing the anointing knowing that the words of the Holy Spirit always have impact no matter how we package them.  He was right in his assumption as the people in the board meeting were noticeably impacted and the company followed his advice and broke out of their issue.

Add to this picture once again the element of prophetic musical instrumentation and vocal melodies.   When I do a 2 hour music set, I expect these Holy Spirit manifestations to take place based on a personal history as well as scriptural.  In Davids Tabernacle the musicians prophesied on their instruments.   The Holy Spirit must have seen the importance of non-linguistic prophesy or the Holy Spirit would have anointed it to happen.   Vocal melodies without words are just as anointed as the instruments and have the same impact.  Imagine sinners and saints alike unprepared to erect walls against the purposes of God being exposed to prophetic music in public places. 

Thus open air battles are effectively discreet making arguments against the strongholds of sin in a persons life. We can  disarm the area principalities and powers that hold these arguments in contention against the kingdom of darkness.  People sitting trapped in the argument that God does not love me because of the sins I have committed, trapped in the argument that there is NO God when the things in life happen that happen.  Satan has a complicated game plan, the Holy Spirit out smarts every angle the enemy has for human beings.  We just need to release the Holy Spirit in public places.  Just thinking out loud !   Dave

Visitation

For several years now I have contemplated the power of live music in public places that embraces the extremes in the anointing of the Holy Spirit.   It is the anointing that breaks the yokes of spiritual imprisonment.  "If this gospel be hid, it is hid because the god of this world has blinded the eyes of those that are perishing.
³ But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, ⁴ whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. 2 Cor 4:3-4

Spiritual warfare is all about removing the "veil."  History tells us that veils are removable evidenced by the literal millions of salvations taking place on the earth. 

The most powerful  conversions have come through visitations of the Lord.  Let me sight one example.  Saul on the road to Damascus.  The Bible records that great light shone around him and it happened "suddenly."   It is the suddenlies of God that cause the greatest disturbances in the spiritual realm.   The enemy does not have the time or wherewithall to counter strategize.   Jesus suddenly showed up in the temple and read from the book of Isaiah (Luke 4:18), he read a simple passage and said "today this scripture if fulfilled in your hearing." V21  There is something very powerful  about the "timing of God."  When it comes it tends to end old things and start new things."  Everywhere God came onto the scene be it Adam and Eve through the Apostles, the old ended and the new started.   This is a premise to spiritual warfare and a Visitation of the Lord.  Thus in my mind Torn Veil must now become "Visitation" in name and in action.

Verse 22 says that ALL bore witness to a 30 second reading of the scripture and then "marvelled at the gracious words."  Previous to this time period and for a time frame of 400 years, there had been NO Prophet raised up in Israel until John the Baptist.   Hearing gracious (anointed and timely words) was absent in Israel.  

Concerts of Prayer

There is nothing I enjoy more than to have the opportunity to musically administrate a concert of prayer with an audience of people desiring the same venue.  A two hour venue "to connect both the earthly and heavenly realms postures my heart for a romantic adventure with the Lord.  He takes delight in making these moments mysterious and thereby revealing hidden truths to our seeking hearts. 

Two hours are almost to much time for a musician.  There is a tendancy for those planning to fill that time with song after song after song after song.  I have a different approach.  Neither approach is wrong or right.  It's a personal choice in this time of my life to have such a venue to draw out of the saints their burdens, petitions and heartcries before the Lord.  Such a time of mutual connection between heaven and earth is something to look forward to by both realms.  The more sensitive the leader is, the greater potential the outcome.  Personally, I think historic breakthrough is the potential for each gathering.  The unraveling of demonic strongholds in personal situations and communities extremely high.

We enter His gates with thanksgiving and praise.  We don't need to come prepared to have a great time with God.  We only need to recall our histories with God individually and collectively.  Thankfulness is an entry place into the heavenly realm.  It is valuable in any relationship to recall the places where we have bonded with someone.  Rememberence is a memorial. It is a stronghold in our life.  In other words, it is a thought and series of thoughts coming from real experiences in our life, a verbal testimony of His goodness to us on earth.  This time in a concert of prayer establishes the reality of God in our midst.  Over 500 people witnessed the resurrected life of Jesus by visibly seeing Him alive after the crucifixion.   In a court of law, witnesses are called to give an eyewitness account in order to give a credible conviction of guilt or innocence.  Such a procedure renders a judgement that society values.  

Thanksgiving declarations can be very different every time people meet because God is always at work in the righteous (those who have determined that righteousness comes through His blood and not their own works). 

This approach towards corporate gatherings of believers sets a volatile venue for a sovereign visitation of the Holy Spirit.  The atmosphere of Thanksgiving brings about a spontaneous declaration of praise.  It's automatic.   Praise brings about a manifestation of God, who takes the sincerity very personal.  This draws a reponse from Him.  The atmosphere is now explosive.  Our portion in this at this point is based on our history and skill in relationship with him.  Each corporate gathering different consequently.  The possibilities endless. 

SKILL
The word "skill" can have different connotations.  From my perspective as a community master craftsman, is a qualified definition.  Everyday I work with a level of power that potentially can take a human life.  I have been trained to work with the science level of this raw power under industry recognized standards to provide its usefulness to a community for everday use of unskilled people. 

God wants us to be skillful in our relationship with him.  HE gave us his WORD so we could accomplish that.  His Word is like a technical manual that gives us the ability to LOVE Him within perameters and tolerances.  He is all powerful, he wants us to experience the power of His love, of which have a depth, width, height and length.  These descriptors are all measurable.  No one thus far is able to give us those tolerences.  Until we reach a fullness is the only measure.  Such a description to a skillful craftsmen gives us more questions than answers.  Men have testified over centuries that those who have found Him in a measure have realized that there is yet more of Him.

Skillful singers were used in David,s tabernacle.  At first I thought that was those who were final contestants in American Idol.  Now I believe it is calibrated by those with thankfull hearts, who are full of praise while being mindfull of the manual that applies to His LOVE. 

Concerts of prayer... there is still more. 

I love writing.  It is my face time with the Lord.  I draw out of the Holy Spirit realms of revelation.  One of my quoted scripture over the last couple years has come out of Matthew 16: 13-20.  Jesus asked a simple question that was an opportunity for the Father to download secrets and mysteries of heaven concerning Jesus and His relationship to the church.  All of which were timely in the greater scheme of training and equipping the church to fulfill it's mission.  That mission was to reach the known world at that time with the message of the gospel.  Extremely important tools were dispersed in the dialog with the 12 selected followers. Here are some general points that have repetition through the New Testament dealings with us as His followers:

• Who do men say I am ?  Are you going along with what others are saying about me or are you searching as an individual.
• Who do you say I am ?  Are you open to me Peter to tell you who I am ? or are you going to go along with the crowd ?
• Did you figure that out on your own ?  Information will come from your flesh BUT
• Did you get revelation from the Father in heaven ?  The stuff from the Father is where I am going to build.
• Peter, you are a stone, but I am going to build on a rock ! (Good construction savvy Jesus )
• What's the rock Jesus ?  Revelation from the Father in heaven.  
• The Gates of Hell (entry places around you where the tempter destroyer comes to stop you and keep you from me and my mission for your life) will not prevail against you when you are running on my revelation.   
• I will give you keys of the kingdom of heaven....you are going to get to open up heaven on the earth because I am going to reveal what and when you should open, so that you can further:
• Bind things I tell you to bind and loosen things I tell you to loose...that way we are working together and you are not just doing things in the flesh.
