Weapon of Choice

Everyone of us has some skill in some way that once it is activated becomes a weapon.

From Webster: 

1. any instrument or device for use in attack or defense in combat, fighting, or war, as a sword, rifle, or cannon. 
2. anything used against an opponent, adversary, or victim: the deadly weapon of satire. 
3. Zoology. any part or organ serving for attack or defense, as claws, horns, teeth, or stings. 

These weapons can becomes weapons used for good or weapons used for evil.  

This "Guild" guitar was given to me cost about 13-14 years ago.  When the anointing fell on my music, this guitar played sounds and made music that drew and released the presence of God.  It still does today.  I use it as a skillful weapon to assemble the works of the kingdom and disassemble and dispel darkness.  I learned how to prophesy with this guitar as taught by the Holy Spirit, so that people, places and things had to yield to the WORD of The Lord with them NOT understanding what was taking place in the Spirit realm when the music went forth.  Thus I sowed a mystery of heaven in the Spirit realm that later the Holy Spirit unveiled and brought to pass.  

The gift of Prophesy is sent from God for us to release timely WORDS that God then watches over so that they come too pass.  Jesus had over 400 prophesies spoken over His BIRTH, LIFE, DEATH and RESURRECTION and fulfilled each prophesy to the letter in a space of 33+ years.

By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible. (Hebrews 11:3 AMP)

 

God's WORD is some pretty powerful stuff.  The World came into existence by it.  Since that time God put His Words in the mouths and hearts of men and women.  

And what shall I say further? For time would fail me to tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets, [Judg. 4:1-5; 6:1-8, 35; 11:1-12, 15; 13:1-16; I Sam. 1-30; II Sam. 1-24; I Kings 1-2; Acts 3:24.] Who by [the help of] faith subdued kingdoms, administered justice, obtained promised blessings, closed the mouths of lions, [Dan. 6.] Extinguished the power of raging fire, escaped the devourings of the sword, out of frailty and weakness won strength and became stalwart, even mighty and resistless in battle, routing alien hosts. [Dan. 3.] [Some] women received again their dead by a resurrection. Others were tortured to death with clubs, refusing to accept release [offered on the terms of denying their faith], so that they might be resurrected to a better life. [I Kings 17:17-24; II Kings 4:25-37.] Others had to suffer the trial of mocking and scourging and even chains and imprisonment. And all of these, though they won divine approval by [means of] their faith, did not receive the fulfillment of what was promised, Because God had us in mind and had something better and greater in view for us, so that they [these heroes and heroines of faith] should not come to perfection apart from us [before we could join them]. They all interacted with Father through faith in word and action. They are waiting for us to complete what they started.  

We, in groups of believers, similar to so many others before us will turn cities and nations upside down with the WORD (logos) of the LORD.

The Micro Church - New Era of Christianity

In my nearly 40 year walk with the Lord, I have personally observed many different seasons of the Lord's grace on His people.  I remember as a early teenager leaning my head against the glass window of the Jesus People Power House as I peered through the windows while listening to the stories of what happens in there in 1969.  It was located on Brady and Cass Street, just several doors down from my grandparents home on Cass St in Milwaukee.  I heard the stories of the late night live music by Jesus rock bands that performed in the building that is now a hardware store.  Little did I know that several years later (1972) when I moved away from home at age 18 into a duplex just 1 block further South on Cass Street that I would be visited by a messenger of Jesus that began my drawing to Jesus as a disciple (1973-1974).

Since that time I have witnessed the advent and growth of the Charismatic/Pentecostal movement that began sweeping main-line denominations.  The prophetic movement began around 1980 and the apostolic movement was birthed in about 1990.  Mega Churches began in approximately the mid 1980's.  The Christian Rock movement began in late 1970's with the birth of "Love Song."  Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, California pioneered a church planting movement based around Christian Rock as young adults were drawn to the contemporary style of music in the early 1980's.  The release of the presence of God moved through the music in outdoor make shift concerts that drew 1000's of young adults.   Maranatha Music, Vineyard Music and Hosanna Integrity Music all launched into mammoth distributors of a new breed of talent in song writing and performing Christian Contemporary Music.  Two huge revivals hit in the mid 1990's in the Toronto Blessing and the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida.  Both airports that facilitated those cities recorded a huge influx of international travel that created statistical evidence that those revivals dominated flights in and out of them.

Today, I am witnessing the advent of the Mirco-Church.  Although not unique in it's Biblical concepts, this will become a phenomena of God's grace on the church like the previous ones I have mentioned out of my witness.   The Micro Church will have characteristics of the early men and women of God, who by themselves or in a small contingency will bring the domination of the Kingdom of God to affect decision makers in a vast arena of decision makers that affect societies globally.  These Micro Churches will blaze a path through unity, power and authority like their predecessors such as Noah, Moses/Aaron, Joshua/Caleb, Deborah/Barak, David/Samuel,  Esther/Mordecai, Daniel/Shadrack/Mishack/Abed Nego,  Elijah/Elisha, Peter/John,  Paul/Silas.  All of these affected larger mixtures of men and women, but were catalysts to dynamic changes in their respective cultures. Thus I see this release of the Holy Spirit now upon men and women who through unity in the Spirit will accomplish huge tasks that are on God's agenda and time frame. All of which demonstrate that the Holy Spirit once again is going to put the Earth in Jesus order by His system of Justice and Righteousness.  We are training for His reigning and God has begun the process in this time of church history.
