THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT AND THE DEEP STATE.
The first shadow government, referred to as COG or continuity of government, is made up of unelected individuals who have been appointed to run the government in the event of a “catastrophe.”
The second shadow government, referred to as the Deep State, is comprised of unelected government bureaucrats, corporations, contractors, paper-pushers, and button-pushers who are actually calling the shots behind the scenes right now.
THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT:
The COG shadow government was originally devised during the cold war to insure continuity of federal Govt. (COG) after a nuclear strike. It is a full time permanent shadow govt. It exists outside of the capital and is run by permanently appointed, and unelectedexecutive officials.
THE DEEP STATE:
The second shadow govt., the deep state (or the military industrial complex, banks & oil interest) is the permanent corporatized , militarized entrenched bureaucracy that is unaffected by elections, unaltered by popular movements and beyond the reach of the law.
The deep state operates according to its own heading regardless of who is elected. It funds shadow govt. It is an entrenched, relentless, and profit driven governance. They have become a state within a state, the NSC, DOD, STATE DEPT, DHS, CIA, JUSTICE, TREASURY, FISA, DIA….
There is the private side of this shadow government, which is made up of Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and 854,000 contract personnel with top-secret clearances, “a number greater than that of top-secret-cleared civilian employees of the government.”
DISSIDENT LIST, (RED LIST) CALLED MAIN CORE:

Please pray for these patriots and others like them in federal governmental positions. They are insiders fearing for their jobs (or worse) banding together in an attempt to alert the public and to expose institutionalizedwickedness (wickedness in high places).
The sheer number of complaints indicates a massive and systemic problem that exposes an incapability of the military to accurately assess intelligence reports, perhaps at the behest of their civilian counterparts in the white house.
This is proof, hard evidence, of deception on a massive, systemicand institutional scale.

Aside from the censorship and alteration of reports, the complaint also alleges a “Stalinist” working environment. Still others, feeling the climate around them, self-censored so their reports affirmed already-held beliefs.
[KJF NOTE] the Deep Stategets intelligence reports before anyone else in the government does. They control what information is released to the government and the rest of the country based on their own policies, which they decide on ahead of time, ...by themselves! … not policies initiated by any elected government officials. Public opinion is then manufactured and shaped to THEIR ENDS. (The Main Stream Media also operates in a similar manner)
